Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on OrbitDash, please notify us.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a copyright infringement notification, you must provide a written communication that includes the following:

Required Information

1. Your contact information:
   • Full legal name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Mailing address
2. Identification of the copyrighted work:
   • Description of the copyrighted work
   • URL or location of the original work
   • Copyright registration number (if applicable)
3. Identification of the infringing material:
   • Exact URL of the infringing content on OrbitDash
   • Description of where the material is located
   • Game name or specific page
4. Statement of good faith:
   "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Statement of accuracy:
   "I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
6. Physical or electronic signature:
   Your physical or electronic signature

Where to Send DMCA Notices

Processing Time

We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
2. Notify the content provider of the removal
3. Terminate repeat infringers' access to the Service

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the removed material and its previous location
• Statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
• Consent to jurisdiction of federal court
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

OrbitDash has a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Don't make false claims!

Good Faith Disclaimer

OrbitDash acts as an intermediary platform. We host games from third-party sources and respond promptly to takedown notices. We do not proactively monitor all content for copyright infringement.
